What happens to your data.

Where data lives
This website runs on Cloudflare. Contact enquiries are emailed to the studio through Resend when that integration is configured; otherwise the form prepares a draft in your own mail app and nothing is sent to us. The AI helper sends your message to the model endpoint configured for the deployment.
Who can access it
The studio owners can read enquiries. Hosting and email providers process them to deliver the service. We do not sell data, run advertising trackers, or add enquirers to a newsletter.
AI training
We do not use client or customer data to train models. The privacy policy says the same thing, and this page is checked against it.
Retention
The published privacy policy says enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless a contract sets a different period, and server logs are kept briefly for security and rate limiting.
Deletion and export
Email us and ask. We will confirm what we hold and remove or export it, within the period the law requires. The agent keeps a conversation only in your browser session; clearing browser storage removes it.

Provider names are listed only where the code or deployment config names them. The model endpoint can be changed by environment variable, so its operator needs owner confirmation for each deployment.
