Who we are

Agentrolux AI Studio ("Agentrolux", "we") is an applied-AI studio. For privacy questions, contact hello@agentrolux.com.

What we collect

Enquiry details — the name, email, company, role, budget, timeline and message you submit through the contact form.

Agent conversations — messages you type into the studio agent. They are kept in your browser's session storage for the duration of your visit; we do not persist them to a database.

Operational logs — standard server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) used for security and rate limiting, retained briefly.

What we do not do

We do not run advertising trackers or sell personal data.

We do not add you to a newsletter because you sent an enquiry.

We do not use client data to train models.

Why we process it

Enquiry details are processed to respond to your request and, if we work together, to deliver the engagement. Server logs are processed for security and abuse prevention. Where GDPR applies, our lawful bases are legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry, securing the site) and, where relevant, consent.

AI processing

The studio agent can run on a deterministic engine grounded in our own published material, or through a third-party model provider when one is configured. Messages may be sent to that provider to generate a response. Do not paste confidential client data, credentials or personal data about other people into the agent. For project-specific discussions, use email or the contact form.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to operate this site: hosting, email delivery, and (where enabled) a model provider. These providers process data on our instructions. We do not share enquiry details for marketing.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless we enter a contract, in which case records follow the contract and applicable law. Server logs are kept for a short operational window.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email hello@agentrolux.com and we will respond within the period required by law. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The agent uses browser session storage so a conversation survives a page navigation. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

Aggregate counts

We count a small number of actions — booking-link clicks, FAQ opens, estimator use, form submissions and checklist downloads — as daily totals. The count stores no IP address, cookie, user agent, referrer or other identifier, and it cannot be tied back to a person. Readers who send a Do Not Track signal are not counted.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
